I have over 15 years of experience in UX design, research, service design, and digital transformation.  I have a proven track record of working with complex data and creating high-impact, user-centred solutions that drive both business success and meaningful user experiences.

Throughout my career, I have worked across B2B and B2C sectors, most recently, in Robotics &AI, building software to manage complex robotic hardware for smart warehouses and optimising workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user engagement. I am skilled in conducting primary and secondary research, prototyping, user testing and UI design.

I collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and analysts, to ensure that each project is informed by insights and aligned with business goals.In addition to my design expertise, I have led digital transformation initiatives, helping businesses integrate innovative technologies that enhance their operations and customer experiences.
