Personal strategic decision making has changed since Don began coaching senior executives in 1988. His practice now focuses on faster results in coaching clients in transition, assimilation to new positions, career changes plus continuation mentoring for as long as desired. There is less emphasis on standardized contact methods, resumes, letters and mailings and more on personally introduced contacts, written and verbal communications and individual presence. Individual values and goals drive the entire process.
